Use cases

What you send, what you get back.

ORAVYS checks the voice in a recording, gives you a structured report, and tells you when the answer is uncertain.

Three teams that check voices every day

Each card says what you send, what comes back, and what the result does not prove.

Bank: a payment request in a cloned executive voice

A call or a voice message asks the finance team to send an urgent wire transfer. The voice sounds like a senior executive.

You send
The recording of the call or the voice message, as a file or through the API.
You get
A report on the voice in the recording: strong synthetic signals, no strong synthetic signal, or inconclusive. The report page carries the file fingerprint and a timestamp, so it can go into the case file.
What this does not prove
It does not say who called, or whether the payment request is legitimate. Your usual payment checks still apply.

Insurance: a claim call

A policyholder calls to report a claim or to change payment details. Your team wants to know whether the voice on the recording is a real human voice.

You send
The claim call recording, from the call system you already use.
You get
The same report on the voice: one of three results, inconclusive included, with the file fingerprint and a timestamp.
What this does not prove
It does not say whether the claim is true or false. A person reviews every case before any decision.

Call center: an account takeover attempt

A caller passes the security questions and asks to change the phone number or the e-mail address on an account.

You send
The recorded calls you want checked, one at a time or through the API.
You get
A report on the voice in each call, with inconclusive as a valid result, that your agent and your fraud team can read.
What this does not prove
It does not identify the caller or confirm who they are. It is one more input for your agent and your fraud team.

Checking the voiceSomeone listens and decides by ear.The recording is checked for signs of AI-generated speech, and your team reads the report.
What is keptA note in the case, if anyone writes one.A report page with the file fingerprint and a timestamp.
When it is unclearThe doubt stays in one person's head. The report says inconclusive. An uncertain result is a valid answer, and a single scan that comes back inconclusive is not charged.
A second opinionA colleague's ear, if one is free.A written result that your fraud team, your compliance team or your lawyer can read.

We describe the voice. You decide.

ORAVYS describes the voice in the recording. It does not judge the person, the request or the claim, and it does not tell you whether someone is honest.

You stay in charge of every decision. Results are indicative, not definitive, and must not be the only basis for a decision about a person.
