                Legally Binding Agreement: These terms constitute a legally binding agreement. By accessing or using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms outlined below. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

By accessing or using the Oravys website, platforms, or any related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. These Terms apply to all users, including visitors and registered clients.

2. User Representations and Warranties (Voice & Data Consent)

                Your Legal Guarantee to Us: By submitting any voice recording or personal data ("User Data") to the Services, you expressly represent and warrant that:
                You are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
You are the sole legal owner of the User Data and/or have obtained all necessary, explicit, and verifiable consents, rights, and permissions from the data subject (the person whose voice is recorded) to submit their data for analysis.
Your submission of User Data does not and will not violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right, including rights of privacy, publicity, or intellectual property.

                A breach of these warranties is a serious violation of these Terms.
            

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Services to:

Upload, analyze, or process any voice recording for which you do not have legal ownership or explicit consent.
Analyze recordings of public figures, celebrities, or politicians without their express written authorization.
Violate any local, national, or international law, including data protection and privacy laws.
Interfere with or disrupt the security, integrity, or performance of the Services.
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our technology.

Oravys reserves the right to refuse service, suspend accounts, and report to law enforcement any activity that we believe, in our sole discretion, violates these terms or the law.

4. Electronic Communications

By creating an account, submitting your voice recording, or otherwise providing your email address, you consent to receive electronic communications from Oravys. These communications may include notices about your account, payment confirmations, the delivery of your analysis, security alerts, and other transactional information. You may also receive promotional communications, such as newsletters or special offers. You agree that any notices, agreements, or other communications that we send to you electronically will satisfy any legal communication requirements, including that such communications be in writing. You may opt out of receiving promotional emails by following the unsubscribe link included in those emails.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, software, algorithms, and technology comprising the Services are the exclusive property of Oravys Ltd. and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Services as intended and described in these Terms.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without any warranties, express or implied. The analysis is for informational and personal development purposes only and does not constitute medical, psychological, or legal advice. Oravys does not warrant that the service will be error-free or that the results will be accurate or reliable.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Oravys Ltd. and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Services. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Indemnification

                Your Responsibility to Protect Us: You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Oravys Ltd., its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from:
                Your use of the Services.
Your breach of these Terms, particularly any breach of the "User Representations and Warranties" in Section 2.
Your violation of any third-party right, including any right of privacy or intellectual property.

            

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in London, England to resolve any legal matter arising from the Terms.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new Terms on our site and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
