Own the technical core of ORAVYS as a co-founder: research direction, engineering rigor, and turning that research into a production system. This role exists to free the CEO to focus on sales and fundraising, and to give the company a technical partner at the top.

Strong background in applied ML, ideally audio or speech
High personal standard for rigor and quality, not just shipping fast
Comfortable owning a problem end to end, not waiting for a spec
Israel or remote, full commitment. Co-founder equity with standard vesting

General-purpose builder who ships production code and works closely with the technical co-founder.
